Ruth Hege Halstensen, f. 1980, er en frilanskurator og kunsthistoriker som bor og arbeider i Oslo. Hun har en MA i kunsthistorie fra Universitetet i Oslo (2009) og en kuratorgrad fra Kunsthøgskolen i Bergen (2008).
